Please read Policies prior to booking ! • please book at least 24 hours ahead of time unless i confirm through text •20$ NON-Refundable Deposit Required (through website) •CASH PAYMENT REQUIRED day of appointment! • Upon Arrival please come with CLEAN lashes, no makeup, no glue or mascara residue • Late Arrival : 10 minute grace period. after 10 min late, it will result in a rescheduled appointment ! • TIME MANAGEMENT : Please plan accordingly. As a lash tech can take 2 to 4 hours on a lash set depending on a set . •NO PLUS ONE POLICY : there is no guest allowed to accompany you at your appointment. •last minute cancellations & no call / no show will result in being charged 50% of the service you booked. •Address and extra info will be sent after a quick consultation and confirmation via text
CANCELLATION POLICY
When canceling reach out to your Lash Artist between 48-72 hours. Anything under will be a 50% charge of what your total appointment amount due . Refusal to pay will lead to booking site charging your card. Anyone unable to pay the 50% amount due will end in ban from booking.
